Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on light demand and heavy offerings. Select and 
Choice rib and chuck cuts weak to lower while loin cuts steady to weak. Choice 
round cuts firm while Select lower.
