Workers at both companies are pushing back against two-tier benefit systems after they were considered essential workers a year ago.

The group stressed the need for labor, transportation and infrastructure policies, proposals on container ships, rail service and upgrading inland waterways. The letter comes as more ships continue to pile up outside of western ports.

December corn is up 1 3/4 cents, November soybeans are up 8 cents and December KC wheat is up 4 cents.
Cattle futures fell on Friday in anticipation of a negative Cattle on Feed report, suffering mostly triple-digit losses. However, such was not the case, which may bring a rebound Monday. Hogs tried to hold their ground after two days of plummeting prices. Support might be developing.
